Championship Tractor Pull presented by Syngenta announces Freedom Hall Updates

Published: February 10, 2023 Updated: December 6, 2023
In anticipation of an exciting Championship Tractor Pull presented by Syngenta, the team has rolled out several updates to improve the fan experience. From signage upgrades to sound systems and even self-checkout, the changes this year will make loyal and new guests eager to return.

Signage to celebrate that full pull

A signage overhaul was overdue.  Like tractors, technology has come a long way since we last replaced our digital boards in 2007. The new signage within Freedom Hall rivals the best dirt-accepting arenas in the country and will provide high-resolution information. To ensure the longevity of the new signs, they are fully enclosed and limit access for dirt and other particles.  They will provide a higher-definition video feed so you can see everything happening during the event.

Sound, coming right at you

Between the sound of the crowd and the roar of the engine, sometimes it’s hard to hear the witty commentary from our best-in-class announcers. If you’re like us, you need to know everything from the backstory to the tiniest engine tweaks. While we can’t promise the speakers will be louder than a modified tractor with six engines, for 2023, we’ve added additional speakers to better bring the sound to your seat.

Service at the speed you want

The National Farm Machinery Show is deploying self-checkout technology within the lobby of Freedom Hall to facilitate getting the important items between classes for the whole family. Our team is committed to evaluating ways we can make your concession experience enjoyable and quick.
