Nation's Largest Indoor Farm Trade Show Celebrates Record Exhibitor Loyalty

Published: February 10, 2025 Updated: February 10, 2025

For nearly 60 years, the National Farm Machinery Show has showcased the latest agricultural innovations, and its 2025 edition promises to be no exception. Kicking off February 12 at the Kentucky Exposition Center, the show features 10 completely sold-out exhibit halls packed with more than 800 exhibitors, highlighting the newest equipment for every segment of the industry. Ninety-five percent of the attending exhibitors are returning from the previous year. At the same time, hundreds more await the opportunity for available space, reflecting the unwavering loyalty that has driven the show's record-breaking success.

Kentucky Venues, the organizer of the show and manager of the Kentucky Exposition Center, expects 300,000 attendees to converge on the free trade show across four days of wall-to-wall product unveilings and demonstrations. Visitors will snake through the aisles of the 1.2 million square feet facility to get an up-close look at the latest farming equipment, technology, and best practices. With the venue as full as it can get, Kentucky Venues is excited about the show's future growth as it embarks on significant expansion and renovation projects over the next several years to upgrade the Kentucky Exposition Center's space, technology, and service offerings.

While the event continues to shape the future of the agriculture industry year after year, it also generates a significant economic impact within the Commonwealth of Kentucky, cultivating an estimated $27.7 million that positively impacts local and state businesses. In addition, the city of Louisville sees around 90 percent of hotel occupancy during the show as visitors and exhibitors travel globally to visit.

Running in tandem with the trade show, the annual Championship Tractor Pull sponsored by Farm Credit Mid-America will take over the Kentucky Exposition Center's two arenas – Broadbent Arena and iconic Freedom Hall. That's where around 70,000 tractor and truck pull fans will gather throughout five pulse-pounding performances. There will be nearly 200 drivers participating in the invitation-only pull. The event will also be live-streamed for those who want access to archival footage and to see the nightly pulls from far and wide.
